Welcome to the Website for the
Smannell Parish Council. The village of Smannell is situated 2 miles north east of Andover in
Hampshire.
The Minutes of the Parish Council meeting for 4 March 2013 are available by
clicking here. The Annual Parish Assembly for Smannell Parish Council
will take place at the Smannell and Enham Church of England School Hall on 13 May 2013 at 19.15
hours. This gives parishioners the opportunity to hear what the Parish Council has undertaken over
the past year and the agenda is available here.
It will be followed by the Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council at which the
Chairman and Vice-Chairman are elected for the forthcoming municipal year. The agenda for that meeting
can be viewed here. Thereafter the ordinary May Full
Council meeting will take place and that agenda is available here. Please note that all these meetings are open to the public who
are welcome to attend.
The Revised Test Valley Borough Local Plan DPD is the new title for the Core Strategy
DPD and the Designation DPD which have been amalgamated. The draft Revised Local Plan contains proposed
policies for determining planning applications and identifying strategic allocations for housing, employment
